A propeller salvaged from the 32,000-ton Liverpool liner Lusitania.  Traveling from New York to Liverpool in 1915, she was torpedoed by a German submarine off southern Ireland and sank drowning 1,198 people, 128 of which were U.S. citizens.  This act was a contributing factor that brought the U.S. into World War I.     Link to offsite page with Lusitania data
