Potatoes with Ham

Potatoes with Ham Recipe

6 medium potatoes
1 small can of ham or 1 cup diced ham
About 1 cup water
1/2 to 1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste


Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Layer potatoes (sprinkle salt and pepper on each
layer and a little margarine) and ham in baking
dish. Add water. Cover and bake at 375 degrees.
When potatoes start to get soft, add milk and stir
just enough to keep from sticking. Takes about
one hour to cook.
