Fried Shrimp

Fried Shrimp Recipe

2 lb. shrimp
3/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper
Water


Peel and devein shrimp. In small bowl, mix flour, salt,
and pepper. Add water to make batter (a little thicker
than pancake batter). Dip shrimp in batter and fry in
deep fat fryer until golden brown. Drain
on paper towels. Serve with tartar sauce.
