Mississippi Mud Pie

Mississippi Mud Pie

1 stick oleo
1 cup plain flour
1 cup chopped pecans

Melt oleo; mix with flour and nuts. Press in 9 X 13"
pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese and powdered
sugar. Beat in Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread
over cooled crust.

1 small box instant chocolate pudding

Make pudding according to directions on box.
Before it begins to set, pour it over cream
cheese layer.

Make pudding according to directions on box.
Before it begins to set, pour it over chocolate
pudding layer.

Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Can
also put chopped pecans on top.
