David had a free show at the Twin Towers 4 years ago. We stood for hours. My wife was 9 month pregnant and stood like a trooper the whole show. We happened to be standing next to the book/music store that was sponsoring the event. Neesless to say, he played 4 great songs.
   When he was done, he had a signing. My wife and I were the first on line. About 15 minutes later, he shows up. He noticed that my wife is about to explode and jokes about an ambulance. I tell him that we miss his t.v. show and that "The Dream" was our wedding song.
   At that point, the snooty manager of the store tries ti rush us through. David, quite annoyed, gave him the "JUST ONE SECOND" sign and continues to talk and sign our cds and thanks for our wedding songs selection.
   At the time, I was a manager of a large record chain. I inform him that due to my liking of his music, my store became a largely jazz oriented store. Again he thanks us, shake hands and have a great story to tell.
