Decent Upper/Lower Bearings.  Jon, (the guy with the super TransAm) duely noted that having long lasting bearings instead of race bearings will add the longevity of the motor.  Race bearings, be that they have the least friction/resistance last only 5000miles!!! These clevite ones are a good transition.
