Quality Coordinator
Inicially contracted to work at CD process area, where I started the SISCOP system
(Control Process System) in its initial phase. I was responsible to test the new
produts used in the CD production with the objective to reduce the final cost.
I was responsible for the employees trainning too concernig process.
I became responsible to the Quality Assurance Department and I coordinated
the QA made by the operators. I implemented the major components evaluate system.
I coordinated the ISO 14000 qualification process in our offices(Botafogo and São Paulo)
in a simple version. I coordinated the implementation of some quality tools
at Sony with the consuling Company. I was certified as Lead auditor (ISO 9000 e 14000)
and participated at quality tools courses besides the trainning at US site (Pitman).
I coordinated works at other CD factories for Sony. I was responsible
for the Integrated System, that includes product and environmental.
I was the president of the Acident Prevent Group (CIPA) and I participated
in the implementation of Fazenda Botafogo Cluster (environmental cernter).
