My name is Adriana and I am a Flight Attendant. As my profession
requires English, I decided to do an exchange to improve this
language. In September 2000 I was in the city of Hamilton, ON, Canada,
for a period of 30 days. CBIC assisted me with everything necessary,
from the arrival at the airport to the moment of departure.
Fortunately all my expectations concerning learning and homestay were fulfilled. The school gave me the learning material, lab classes, conversational and grammar classes. I had an excellent rapport with the students and teachers, which made it a superb learning experience.
In this period I stayed with Linda Bennet who received me warmly, was dedicated and affectionate and made my stay in her house very pleasant.
I had the opportunity to see various places, go to sporting events which I hadn“t imagined I would ever have the opportunity to watch, go to shows, and make friends with people from all over the world, it was a wonderful experience!
I would like to thank CBIC and especially Sulivan who was always there to lend his support, to Linda who was like a true mother, and to all the teachers for their attention and patience during the length of my course.
