• 1963 - Frank Zappa written the songs "Dear Jeepers" and "Letter From Jeepers" for a monster movie as a parody of Dinner with Drac by John Zacherle.

• [15] 1991- Zappa announces on KPFA-FM Berkeley, Ca. that he is researching the idea of running for president.

• [4] 1997 - The Muffin Men, Zappa tribute band, was touring through England this month. The shows began on the 4th (Crewe) and end up in Liverpool (30th) via Stoke (7th), Harrow (12th), York (15th), Southampton (16th), Brighton (23rd) and Coventry (26th).
