He hung up andwent to do her laundry, at night when she was almost going to bed, again, 
her phone rang.

ribbon around; she took off the ribbon, opened the box and saw a beautiful long red rose.

_Liked or not? – He said with a bright smile on his face.
_Of course silly, I loved…but how come this got here so fast?
_When you pay the guys from UPS only to do this…they can fly really fast!

For 2 months they stayed like that, talking ‘till the other sleeps, watching movies, even when 
they were clubbing with friends they called each other just to talk and exchange pics.

*Ring…Ring…Caprice heard her phone ringing.*

_No Brendon! – She yelled from the shower.

have reservations ok? – He said and kissed her.
She nodded and the guy left the room and she put the phone back on her ear again.

_It’s you boyfriend, isn’t it,? – He said a bit upset.
_He came without calling me first…I’m sorry for tonight.
_Forget about our movie night…he’s you boyfriend right? So I call you tomorrow babe.

A few seconds afterhung up she text him.

“I’m really sorry for tonight…Dream about me…because you know I’ll be dreaming about us.

He didn’t text her back like always, so she went to put on her outfit and left with Brandon, all 
night long she thought about, she wasn’t paying attention to what her “boyfriend” was saying, she 
only could think about whatsaid to her during those 2 months on the phone.
On the next daywoke up very early just to wait’s call but he didn’t, she text him, 
called him several times during the day but she couldn’t talk to him. She spent the day at work upset 
because he didn’t want to talk to her but when it was 7pm she got a text from him.
“Distance Can’t Keep Us Apart…” and right after that she received a picture in her mobile, she 
looked at it and saw lots and lots of yellow roses filling a room. She knew it was, at 8pm she 
left work and got in the elevator pushed the 4th floor button. She reached her floor and when she 
opened her door she saw her house full of yellow roses and lots and lots of balloons all over the 
place,walked ‘till the living room and couldn’t turn on the lights.
_Close your eyes…enjoy the moment…smell the perfume of the flowers and hold me… -whispered 
holding her from behind.
_That’s why you didn’t return my calls…
_Just enjoy the moment…- He whispered again but this time facing her.
She wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed gently his lips.
_Can I tell you something I wrote for you this morning?
_As long as you keep holding me…

and through my windows falling gently upon my ears… - Hush - I hear him now. He calls to me from 
the heavens glittering stars cannot compare to the sparkle of his eyes when he looks at me, I am 
consumed by the fire, and I see him now. He calls to me through my dreams dancing together in the 
shadows of my sleep where we laugh and love once again, I am in his arms, and I feel him now. 
He calls to me, every moment of every day; distance couldn't keep us apart, when destiny drew 
us together, I'll hold him for eternity…As long as he keeps calling.  – She said and kissed him.

_Brendon is going to be a dad soon and I’m not the mother so I told him I was completely in love 
with a guy I met on the phone.

_I guess you do…because this charming guy only talked to me on the phone and he’s the owner 
of my heart already.

They made love in the living room among all the yellow roses, the distance won’t keep them apart 
because when your heart tells you and proves you that…that special guy/girl is really your 
the One, nothing else matters…because destiny is a wise woman and she will always find a 
way to put 2 lovers like&together for good.
