Caught In A Moment

I was so tired that I decided to go to bed at 11pm which is very early for me, I turned on my mp3 
and took of my pants and my shirt, staying only with my black boxers. I was almost sleeping 
listening to “Signs Of Loving Making” from Tyrese when I heard getting in 
my bedroom through the window. 
She took of her jeans, her tiny purple top and her sneakers and got under the covers with me.
_What’s wrong? – I asked as she laid on my chest.
_just dumped me … - She said passing her fingers all over my chest.
_Did he say why this time?
_He said I spend more time with you than with him who’s my boyfriend…he’s sooooo 
stupid. – She said that and kissed me.
_I totally agree with you!
She turned her back to me on the bed, I held her tight in my arms like I always do 
and I was daydreaming as she was talking because I love her perfume and the way 
she’s always caring with me.
_Are your parents at home? – She asked turning around and staying very close 
to my lips.
_Yeah, just my mom…my dad is out of town! Why?
_Nothing, can I spend the night here with you? Because I know your dad don’t like when 
I stay over.
_Of course you can and my dad it’s just worried with you that’s all…
_So, can we sleep now? Because I don’t wanna talk about
anymore.

I hugged her and just a few minutes later she was sleeping …that was my favorite part, 
watch her sleeping, every time we sleep together I stay watching her, looking how beautiful 
she is and how caring she can be even when she’s sleeping.
On the next morning I woke up first and went to the kitchen with my mom.

I woke up feeling awesome, like everytime when I sleep at’s, I put on a sweat pants he left 
me over his bed, put my top on and went to the kitchen.
_Morning! – His mom said giving me a glass of orange juice. _I’m late for 
work, see you at the dinner?
_Of course…
_Bye kids. – She said kissing us both.
I sat at the table andsat in front of me.
_You received a TM last night…
_Let me guess…?
_Yeah, he was saying he loves you and…
_Bla bla bla… - We both said together and laughing.
_He loves you…so what?
I stood up from my chair and sat on his lap, and took some fruits in my hand.
_So what? I love you and you love me right? – I said putting a strawberry in his mouth.
_Totally! – He said with his mouth full. _We’ve known each other since we were lil kids.
He started to tickle me and I was having a top laugh with him, stood up and lift me 
up in his arms sitting me on the kitchen sink, I put my arms around his neck and I 
stayed looking deep in his eyes like I never did in this 18 years we’ve known each 
other.
_What? – He asked putting his head against mine.
_Nothing…I was just thinking…
_About?
_Yeah…I should go talk to him, right? – I said breaking away from him going to the 
other side of the kitchen.
_If you love him and you think you should…
_I better go change my clothes then.
When I said that he moved so fast from the other side of the kitchen and grabbed me 
by my waistline.
_No! You know what??? Don’t go, stay here with me…
_I better go… - I said walking away to his bedroom.
_… - He shouted.
_What? – I said turning around and stopping face to face with him.
_This!!!!!
He put both hands on my face and started to kiss me, we couldn’t stop kissing and I didn’t 
understand why I was doing that and why he was kissing me like that. We stopped kissing and 
when I opened my eyes he was still with his eyes closed, I got in his bedroom put my 
clothes on and left him there.

How stupid!!! Why did I do that? She’s not just my mate she's my best mate, I never thought about 
kissing her the way I just did. She left my house upset and I’m quite sure of what she’s 
doing right now…
I bet she’s at her room taking a shower thinking about my acts this morning and then she 
will call; the man she loves; and she’s gonna tell him what I did and BAAM!!!!! 
I won’t see or talk with her again ‘cause he can be a pit-bull sometimes with her…
wait a sec! He’s a stupid sometimes!!!

I ran out of’s house more confused than ever, I had to tell 
about my acts…I took 
a shower thinking about whatand I did. After that I calledwho got in my house 
a few minutes later.
_When you called you seemed worried…what’s wrong?
_You know what you said aboutand me? – I said sitting next to him.
_Yeah…is your mum at home? ‘Cause my mum want a …
_No! – I said interrupting him. _Not my mum or my dad, now about what I was telling you…
Before I could finish my sentence I heardcoming from the kitchen door.
_What is he doing here? –said standing up.
_I kissed her…yeah, I kissed her and maybe I’ve always been in love with her but I was 
too blind that I couldn’t see it…don’t blame her, blame me ok…but it wasn’t her fault, 
I kissed her, she didn’t kiss me back…she loves you man, not me, you!! So forgive her 
for what I did. I’m really sorry.

I said what I had to say to them and left. During all day I stayed in my room not 
crying but very sad. I blew everything with her, and I still can’t understand why 
these emotions took control of me only now! I’m caught in the moment we kissed, 
I can’t let it go, I’m falling deeply in love withand I’m losing my control and 
I’m not scared anymore of showing what I feel deep inside of me but I didn’t want to 
screw everything for her and.
Finally I gave up and I feel asleep, I was having bad dreams about, when I felt 
someone kissing my neck in a way that only her knew how to tease me, and biting my 
lips in a lovely way…I slowly opened my eyes and when I saw it I couldn’t believe them.

_Who’s? I never really cared about him anyway, I guess I was just too scared to 
tell myself and to you that I was in love with you. – She said sitting on my lap.
_Do you think we should give us a chance? – I said placing my hands on her waist.
_I think we should, we’re great as friends and I don’t think we can’t go wrong as a 
couple… - She said kissing my naked chest. _There’s no way of that happen 
! – She said licking my lips.
_Oh yeah, there’s no way!
I couldn’t help myself at that moment, we had sex in the room right next to my mom’s 
but she didn’t hear us. 
Nowadays our parents don’t let us sleep together anymore, I can’t stop thinking about 
the things she does, I’m madly in love with my best mate, she was always there next 
to me in my bed and I never realized how in love I was.
I’m too lost in, 
everything about her makes me fly over the clouds, she broke up with, we are dating 
and I’m still caught in the moment of our first kiss and I’m quite sure I won’t let 
it go ‘cause that kiss was really important.
