A Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) that specializes in working with adults and children that are ready and serious-minded to change to a better lifetime of health and fitness or just want to get their health and fitness lifestyle back on track.  I have the expertise in planning, designing, implementing, and instructing programs for cardiovascular, flexibility, strength conditioning, balance, and fitness evaluation.

I can bring the equipment to you that are needed for personal training sessions.  I can assist in the planning and procurement of fitness equipment if you choose to have a permanent fitness area in your home.

As a personal trainer and fitness consultant, I have been serving Dayton, Ohio and the south Dayton communities since 1971. 

My certification is through the National Strength & Conditioning Certification Commission (NSCA-CPT).  The NSCA-CPT is recognized as the gold standard for personal trainers by universities, colleges, and allied health professional organizations.

CPR, AED, Pediatric Basic Life Support, and first aid certification is through the American Heart Association.  Bachelor degree from Morehead State University.

My mission is designing and implementing health and fitness programs exactly to meet the specific needs of the client in order to deliver optimal benefits and results for that client.™

State of Ohio law dictates that specific individualized nutrition programs (diets), individualized nutritional information, and all supplement recommendations are by and/or supervised (oversee) by a licensed registered dietitian (RD) or a licensed physician.  Personal trainers and others can only give out very general and basic information on nutrition and supplements.  They cannot recommend or prescribe diets and supplements.
