Mourning Gown page and its graphics were written and designed by Meaghan.
...The Mourning gown is seen only but for a
second towards the end of the Two Towers, but for that short period of time, it was
instantly my favorite dress that I had seen in either of the movies. I loved the dark feel
it had as well as the way it carried. It was so beautiful!! I wanted to make this one as
close as possible to the actual dress with out it taking too much time. I started doing
research on AlleyCatScratch as soon as the movie came out, and started buying the
materials about a month later. Read on to see how I finally made this dress.
