"All power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."

ARE YOU WILLING TO TRUST POLITICIANS WHEN, AT SOME POINT IN THE FUTURE, THEY BRAZENLY DEMAND WE TURN IN ALL OUR GUNS?   WHAT IS THEIR TRACK-RECORD FOR TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT ANYTHING?

REMEMBER:  STAY ARMED

As long as politicians fear us, we are safe. An arrogant politician is our worst enemy.

See  is MURDERING WOMEN now "In the Line of Duty?"

Apparently so. Lon Horiuchi, FBI sniper, shot to death an unarmed
woman.  Government lawyers say "it was in the line of duty."

                                         How Holocausts Happen

The New American, September 27, 1999

James Madison’s cogent warning that Americans should “take alarm at the first experiment upon their liberties” should have special resonance for American Jews who lost family members in the Holocaust, particularly where the subject of civilian disarmament is concerned. Ralph Rubinek, a District Leader for the Conservative Party on Staten Island and the son of Holocaust survivors, understands this principle well.

“In 1933 when gun registration was observed in Germany, Hitler sought out those registered gun owners, seized the weapons and there was no resistance to his horror,” observes Rubinek. “The Holocaust would soon come.” Addressing New York Post columnist Steve Dunleavy, and others eager to use neo-Nazi Buford Furrow’s assault on a Jewish day care center to promote civilian disarmament, Rubinek declares: “You are trying to undermine law abiding citizens’ inherent right to self-defense.”

Seeking to parry Rubinek’s points, Dunleavy quoted Queens resident Albert Lemishow, who describes himself as “America’s leading Jewish right-winger,” as stating, “I agree with the right to bear arms. But registering a gun takes away no rights.” This is true -- just as it is true that requiring Jews to wear a yellow Star of David takes away no rights. Just as gun registration has been promoted as a “protective” measure, the government-dictated display of the yellow Star of David began, centuries ago, as a way to protect the Jewish population. However, the Nazi regime employed these “protective” measures to slaughter Jews.

The same state that can register guns can confiscate them. The same government that can forcibly disarm the population can liquidate any portion of it at leisure. Jews, perhaps more than other people, should understand these basic principles.
