Adams, Cameron - Music journalist and Breakfasters music reporter. (1999 - )

Album of the Week - The Breakfasters plug a particular current release album every week by giving away 2 copies to subscribers every morning.

All Together Now - An old sitcom starring such acting talents as John English and Steven Jacobs. Kate Langbroek wrote a number of episodes for this series, none of which seem to get repeated.


B

Bam Bam - Regular phone in contributor to "Show and Tell". Often disguises his voice with a range of ethnic accents.

Beat Magazine - Free weekly music/ arts magazine published in Melbourne and Sydney.

Bennett, Ian (Wildcat) - Breakfasters football reporter and staunch Geelong supporter.

Biggs, Tony - Occasional co-host of Breakfasters and Summer Breakfasters, host of Kiss My ARRRSE, and drummer with the band The Fuck Fucks.

Bill - Crud produced radio serial following the the exploits of Christchurch social worker, Bill, 'the Kiwi who cares'. (c. 1993-1994)

Boczech, H.M (pron. 'bo-chek') - The Demon Barber. Sometime contributor to 50/50 in the Herald-Sun. Derived from the misinterpretation of the line "I got my head checked by a jumbo jet" from 'Song 2' by Blur as "I got my head shaved by H.M. Boczech".

Bob the Binny (from Mooroolbark) - Garbage collector and phone contributor to "Show and Tell". AKA Robert the Garbologist.

Bodey, Micheal - Breakfasters arts reporter. Beat Magazine arts reporter. Co-host of Creative Tension. (1998-99)

Boland, Michaela - Breakfasters producer and host since 2000. Former relief Breakfasters news-reader and Summer Breakfasters co-host (1998-99). Arts reporter for In-press magazine. Co-host of Creative Tension.

B.S.T (Breakfast Show Tax) - An equal tax for all Breakfasters announcers where if one announcer has any food, they must share any or all of it with their fellow announcers.

Butterworth, Dave - Breakfasters surf reporter and host of Galactic Zoo. (c. 1997)

cabbage - taxi. see Hound Dog Speak

cajones (pron. 'cahonees') - A nickname for testicles.

Canadians (pron. 'k-naaayyy-deeans') - Natives of Canada, located in the North American continent, who have all been (somewhat unfairly) tarred with the same brush as the likes of Corky & the Juice Pigs and the 3 Canadians, and are a constant source of irritation to Chris Hatzis, Kate Langbroek, Dave O'Neil and James Young.

Captain Cocoa - 1980's party band for which Dave O'Neil played bass guitar.

Cat Corner - Occasional segment on The Breakfasters (from an original concept by Kate Langbroek) in which Chris Hatzis and Dave O’Neil talk about the antics of their respective cats, Xeno and Schnoodle. The main aim of this segment is to annoy Kate. (c. 1997-1998)

chaboombas - One of Kate Langbroek's nicknames for breasts.

Chances - An old 'adult' soap opera which was a just a cheap excuse to show T & A. To this end a young Kate Langbroek appeared topless on it.

chopped liver - Chris Hatzis and Dave O'Neil (due to all the media attention Kate Langbroek gets, and the other two don't get).

Chowtime - A semi-regular segment on the Summer Breakfasters 1997-98 where those present talk about what different foods they like.

City Weekly - Melbourne CBD weekly magazine for which Kate Langbroek used to write a column. AKA Shitty Weekly.

Coach, The - Leigh Paatsch's occasional alias when reading sports news during Kate Langbroek's absence. AKA Track-suit Boy. see also News Butcher.

Collingwood - The Australian Rules Football team whom Chris Hatzis supports.

Col'n Carpenter - An old sitcom starring Kym Gyngell, and for which Kate Langbroek wrote some episodes.

"Cool in the pool" - A term used by Chris Hatzis to describe the weather, although more often than not it’s used by Kate Langbroek when doing a Chris-impersonation.

Crackman - Nickname for Mark O’Toole (AKA Cracksy, Crackouli, Monsieur Crevice)

Crap News - News stories announced (‘live all around your trousers’) by Leaping Larry L during the Summer Breakfasters 1997-98, that are, well... complete crap!

Crawdaddy, Maxwell Von; Esq. - What Leaping Larry L insists on calling housemate (and Son of Crawdaddy host) Max Crawdaddy, although everyone knows exactly who he's talking about.

Creep, Cousin - Relief Breakfasters host and host of Paint The Town Clear Gloss.

Crud- Comedy duo consisting of Tony Moclair and Julian Schiller, creators of Breakfasters serials, Bill, Crud, and Wrath of Galaktricon.
