MANGO SALAD

Ingredients
1 mango, cubed
Chopped peanuts - handful
Chili seeds - as much or as little as you want. Try paprika for a milder hit.
Fresh coriander
Lime or lemon juice*

*You can serve this on a bed of rocket or baby spinach.

Just throw them all into a bowl and devour immediately.
This is a great way to start the day, a mid morning snack or a salad at any time of the day or night!
