GRAINY PORRIDGE

This mixture is enough for 4 people or four days of breakfasts!

Mixture:
1 cup of rolled oats
¼ cup of rye flakes
¼ cup of barley flakes
¼ cup of triticale flakes
1 tablespoon of linseeds
½ tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions:
Soak ½ cup of mixture with 1 cup of water and soak overnight (for one serve). Next day simmer over medium heat for approx 15 mins. Add ¼ - ½ cup water (or soy milk/ cows milk for creamier taste) and simmer for another 5-10 mins or until mixture moves away from sides.

Remove from heat and serve with pureed fruit, banana, sultanas and more milk if you so desire. Sweeten with brown sugar or pear/ apple concentrate.
