HOME FLIP | ROCKY ROAD Ingredients: 1 x 400 gram lite condensed milk 30 grams butter 1 tablespoon golden syrup 300 grams dark chocolate 200 gram packet white and pink marshmallows 1 cup peanuts (or cashews, macadamia, or hazelnuts) ¼ cup shredded coconut Method: Line the base of a slice/lamington tin with grease-proof paper. In a heat proof bowl, add condensed milk, butter and golden syrup. Cook uncovered for 3-4 minutes on 850 watts/HIGH/100% or until golden, stirring every minute. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in marshmellows, nuts and coconut. Mix until well combined. Transfer mixture to slice/lamington tin. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares to serve. |
