********** Make your mirc talk **********

(note all files are in zip format to make dcc sends easier)
To make your mirc talk when text is typed by others either in the room,
or in private messages you first need to have all the files.
You also need win 95 or later version and at least a pentium 100mhz puter

1. the latest version of mirc V 5.81 type !sendmircprog in the main channel
to have this file sent to you via dcc, if you dont already have it.
(note: this is the 32 bit version for win 95-98)
command is !sendmircprog

2. you must have microsoft agent version 2 installed type !sendagent if
you dont already have this file installed.
command is !sendagent

3 You need a text to speech engine !sendengine will send you the
Lernout & Hauspie True voice text to speech engine
command is !sendengine

4 Next you need microsoft agent character file at least one
select from: and download it unzip and install the exe file.
commands for various agent character files You only really need one.
Alien !sendalien
Genie !sendgenie
Merlin !sendmerlin
Gar !sendgar
Peedy !sendpeedy
Electra !sendelectra
NOTE:
You can download all of these in one big zip by typing !sendtalk it includes
the microsoft agent, speech engine, the newest mirc, and electra character.
command is !sendtalk
5. after all are installed then restart mirc and go to options, there
is a new submenu under sounds called agents and you can set your options
from there, and begin using voice in mirc.
suggestions:
I suggest in speech options a speed of 180 and pitch of 200
