Since Evan covered a lot of the stuff in his bio, I won’t go into it. Now wasn’t it generous of me to let him go first? After all, I’m sure he’s much better at telling the story than I would be. He’s been around years longer, after all. Well, I guess I should point out that Evan is a great big brother. He’s the only one of my siblings that I get along with. I got lucky enough to get the big brother, which is so much more satisfying. I won’t go into reasons for the separation between me and the other two, just say that Evan stood up for me and that means he’s pretty terrific.
Umm, I would say my life has been boring, but with all of the people I grew up with, I guess I can’t say it too much. Laura never lets things get too boring, she’s almost always hyper and wild. And talkative. I can’t believe she said sometimes that I talk too much. The only time she’s quiet is when there’s food in her mouth. She even talks in her sleep. But she really is the best friend anyone could ever have. I’ve got a lot of really good friends, so I guess I’m very lucky. I'm also married to a guy named John, who is also one of my friends. We’ve been married for twelve years now.
My biggest fault comes from housework. No, I’m not very good at it. I don’t have any problem at all with clutter. Not most of the time, anyway. Comes from being around Laura. You should see HER place. Although right now she’s living with us. Which makes even more clutter. When I signed on with John, I signed on with his two daughters, too. Becky and Amanda are great stepkids and we get along really well. I even get along well with John’s ex. She’s pretty cool. And I have two kids of my own too that I will sometimes even allow John to admit are his. Usually when they’re acting up or being very weird. Allyn is 12 and is very smart. She spelled both Astrophysicist and Metamorphosis in second grade spelling. Bonus words and she got them right. I’m a spelling freak, so this is really cool to me. She’s very smart in a lot of ways and is ahead of her class in most. Jason is six and he’s...what’s the word I’m looking for? Oh yeah, scary. He’s more than a little strange and since Randy has taken him under his wing, it’s even worse. He’s cuter than hell, though. And he’s mine (meaning he’s being good right now).
Anyway, I’m going to EWU now and majoring in two different things as well as having a Bachelor's Degree in history. My majors are Social Science Secondary Education and English Secondary Education. Although I still have to declare that last major. I’m a major procrastinator. I’m a billionth year senior right now and will probably be in three or four more years. That’s by choice, by the way. Since I’m going later than many, I decided that I’m going to take classes that I enjoy, regardless of how they fit into my required courses. I plan on being a high school history teacher, and I would love to actually teach in a Tribal school. Maybe someday. But until then, I’ll settle for having fun in school and with my family and friends. And maybe causing a little trouble, you never know. If I do, we can blame Laura for being the one who brought me out of my shell.
