Pack 352 Numerals Our Second Year Webelos are well on their way to earning the ARROW OF LIGHT. The highest award in Cub Scouting. It is the equivalent of the Eagle Scout Award for Boy Scouts.

Another focus of Year two is to prepare the boys for the transition into Boy Scouting at the end of the year. There are some distinct differences between the two. Where Cub Scouting promotes Family as part of the program, Boy Scouts begins to help the boys become men, self sufficient and ethical.
