Now on line - Full Picture report the winning cars, drivers and the track
The event was held on 26/27 January 2002 on the Terry Clark's Wildfields Raceway, near Guildford. This uses the UK Black track formerly owned by BSCRA.
Many thanks to the Terry and family for the friendly atmosphere, for putting the track in such excellent condition and a special thanks for the catering. We all enjoyed the meeting and look forward to many more races at Wildfields.
The track was in better condition than it's been for some years. Just how good can be judged by the fact the long standing lap record was comprehensively broken, both Brian Saunders and Paul Harwood qualifying for Eurosport in under 3 seconds.
Race control was handled by Keith Gibson, Dave Mayo, Keith Gibson, Paul Harwood, Graham Woodward, Charlie Gooding, Ian Fisher, Brian Saunders and Chris Frost. Taking turns at race control ensured they all maintained the concentration and good humor needed to do a good job on race control.
