Mayomi "Beulla" Tateyama

Beulla, ranger of Ehlonna, is an interesting young woman. She stands about 5'3" and would be described as voluptuous. She has waist length white hair that she wears braided and tucked away under her helm. Her brown, almond shaped eyes are rather beautiful.

Beulla became an adventurer to escape from an arranged marriage. Her father, in keeping with his very traditional Shou Lung views, expected his daughter to happily wed and settle down for a life of child-rearing. Beulla had other plans. Some of her adventures include the Draconian game with her friend Garlok Drake and the Eon game that ended up on Kaiousei and the alternate-Oerth. While on Kaiousei, Beulla drank some Dew of Insight that granted her basic psionic powers. Under the training of Andar, Beulla was able to keep her psionics and develop them further. When finally reaching the planet of Eon, Beulla was almost killed by a giant who scored a critical hit directly to her head. Luckily for Beulla, her magical helm and the quick thinking Clara of Apollo kept her from immediate death.

In a desperate attempt to save Beulla, Aris Tradewind used the party's wish item to fix the Tower of Illusion and bring Beulla to Greyhawk where she could get three restorations to fix the brain damage that was slowly killing her. Upon being revived by the spells and her friend Andar, Beulla remembered having an out of body experience and hearing the voices of her goddess Ehlonna and the god Apollo. She believes that they have pointed her in a new direction, part of that includes helping her friend Andar to change his evil ways. With the guidance of her Goddess, Beulla has set forth on a new life path with new opportunities open to her.

Black Robe

Black Robe is originally from the plains from the north. He started his adventuring career with Artec Artlen, Beulla, Zandra, Bethany, Garlok Drake, Xena warrior priestess, and Darya. Together, they fought to take care of the great Draconian threat. During this adventure Black Robe learned of a land called Amberwood. The great chief, (what you call a " Lord" or "Baron") Moorak of the land Amberwood, has allowed Black Robe to stay. Black Robe calls the people of Amberwood friend and has given the people and the land his protection. Many people look at Black Robe and see a primitive savage. He uses animal skins and parts for tools of worship, spell-craft and healing. But the people who truly know him know him to be a good man. He is a man of his god (Raven), both a healer of people and of nature. After every fight he either washes his face with water or if a lake or river is near by he dives in for a short swim

Black Robe is well built but does not look very strong. Being 5'8" and weighing 160 lbs., he has the body of a long distance runner. After drinking whimsy wine his skin has turned to a color of deep burgundy with yellow tiger stripes. He believes that this is a gift from Raven, who is known as the Creator and Trickster. Being a powerful Shaman he has great powers to control and uses them wisely. After adventuring with Kalavor and Jessica Talgris, Black Robe has become rather close with them, especially with Kalavor. His two closest friends, however, are the great chief of Amberwood, Moorak Drake and Kalavor Talgris. His other close friends include: Buella, Jessica and all those he adventured with fighting against the Draconians. After being stranded on Kaiousei with Aris Tradewind for about 2 weeks, with locals who were friendly (very friendly), the two of them became friends. He generally likes to consider as friends all those with whom he adventures.

Borlon the Mighty

Herald of Ra on Oerth

An imposing figure; six feet tall and powerfully-muscled, clad in a complete suit of brightly shinning plate mail, he floats a few inches above the desert sands. Two solar discs accentuate his shoulders, blazing forth with the light of day. A great blue cloak billows behind him. On his head, a golden war helm, with a stylized eagle cresting over the top. A single thick, sun-bleached braid, banded in thick clasps of gold and silver emerges from the back of the helm. Quiet brown eyes peer from within.

Borlon strikes a fearsome and powerful image, as befits the Herald of Ra. Nearly a High Priest himself, Borlon has crafted a place for himself in his world. As befits a Nereganti priest, he stands a bit aloof of the rest. As befits the messenger of Ra on his world, Borlon deals with those who shape the lives of nations. A welcome stranger, he has found his niche.

A very private man, Borlon has shared little of his past. He is the son of a Nereganti priest of Ra and a western slave girl. Sometime during his youth, Borlon's natural telepathic powers emerged; he could render himself unseen to the weakest of minds. As he grew up, he followed his fathers path. For some unknown reason, however, at the age of 24, Borlon left his homeland to explore the West. Ever a brilliant student, Borlon is a master of the healing arts and of languages, speaking the Common Tongue of the West just as well as his native Nereganti.

Once on Oerik, Borlon befriended Rhom and Anastasia StrongArm. Joining them, Bart Silverwind and others, he explored Cubes Caverns. Between adventures, the young Nereganti spent his time in Klarr. Quickly rising in power, Borlon joined SkyHaven, where others with psionic talents dwelled. Kantar the Thunderer showed Borlon the "telepathic ropes" shortly before his death.

By this point, Borlon's mental powers broadened to include ESP, Clairaudience and even Teleportation. Using this last talent, Borlon became a weapon against vampires and drow; the light of his Solar Discs combined with the blinding speed of his teleportation. Borlon aided in the rescue of Solinane Silverwood from a drow raiding-party and helped destroy the vampires besieging Klarr. He often aided various parties with his psionic talents and cleric abilities. Ultimately, however, he left SkyHaven. He felt it was too far from the people and too twisted by the anti-social wizard, Treblo.

For a brief time, Borlon held a magic gem capable of granting him the powers of a full High Priest of Ra. With this power, he raised Raitan Drake from the dead. Unfortunately, Raitan used this life to give the Staff of Law to the priests of Set. Borlon joined Raitan, Tetsuko no Kuwahara, Rullo and Zebund'djedwa in recovering the artifact and ensuring it could never threaten the world again.

After that, Borlon disappeared for a time. He seems to have returned to his home temple in Neregan where he became the messenger for the faith of Ra on Oerth. Later, Borlon aided Furyondy, both during it's rebellion and the mind flayer invasion. His teleportation abilities, in fact, helped distribute the heroes to destroy the illithid brain pool under Neregan.

Despite the hundreds of lives he's touched, Borlon seems to have very few real friends. He is the god-father to Kristoph and Meagan, Rhom and Anastasia's twins. He is close to them and seems to have a special bond with their mother. He schooled Tyris=Flare in the basics of her mental talents. But of all these, it is the barmaid-cum-wizardess, Jasmine, and her children, Adama and Mikhail, to which Borlon is closest. Only with these three does the "great Priest of Neregan, Lord of Earth and Air, Herald of Ra" show his very quiet, private side. No one else has ever got near enough to the man to find out why...

Brand

"M'name's Brand. Whaddya want?"

Brand isn't much of a conversationalist. Nor is he terribly friendly to strangers. He doesn't ask many questions and answers fewer. Here's what little people know...

Brand was born and raised near Tanorim, under the shadow of Griffon Mountain. He barely remembers his real father and his mother died when he was very young. Brand was raised by his elder sister, Clovis, and their step-father. Sometime when he was a boy, Clovis died. Brand grew to manhood learning how to handle dogs and horses. When he came of age, he left to seek his fortune.

On one of his early adventures, Brand recovered a nigh-indestructible shield, a dimly magical broad sword and a griffon egg. Using his animal handling skills, Brand raised the fledgling beast and trained her, Aura, to be his mount. Armed with sword and shield, his adventuring career soared.

The sword, EtherFlame, was powerfully magical, but only revealed these powers when brought onto the ethereal plane. Intelligent and gifted, the blade has served Brand well over many years, although sword and owner occassionally quibble over ethics. Blade in hand, Brand set off on many adventures with Kantar the Thunderer, Borlon the Mighty and/or Margus Jamiah to explore the Inner Planes. Ultimately, he gained an enchanted cubic gate which allowed him to enter the ethereal at will.

As a warrior, Brand was successful. His griffons, however, died battling dragons. First Aura fighting TenSpear the dragon, then Craigif against a wyvern, and finally Dragamort versus another red dragon. Brand's current griffons, Yambre and Warango, have been trained to only battle such beasts under strict commands. It seems to have worked for both griffons are nearing fifteen years old and Brand has begun training their replacement, Xon.

For a while Brand lived at SkyHaven, although, he, like his friend Borlon, grew dissatisfied with the way Treblo SkyMage kept the place. Brand studied under the wu jen, Kee'O for a while, seeking magical training. Ultimately, however, he was tutored by Quelzar the Mage of Schwartzenbruin. Years later, Brand visited the Genie's Forge and learned true magic as well. After his training in Perrenland, however, instead of returning to the sky castle, Brand left to lead a quiet life outside of Tanorim with his griffons. There he spent as much as time as possible with his daughter, Adama (although he usually avoids her mother, Jasmine). Suevellia stayed with him for some time, intent on starting a romantic relationship.

Ultimately, however, Brand discovered, his attraction is for men, not women. Coming out was very difficult at first, but Brand is now happily in a relationship with Allyrion Anjelyse. The pair even have two infant sons, Dante and Gabriel (fathered by Brand via Allyrion's sister, Thyme). Adama had a very difficult time accepting her father's choice in partners and still harbors Allyrion some ill will (despite all his attempts to befriend the girl). Adama still spends time with Suevellia at Cervellus and both Sue and Jasmine remain friendly with the griffon rider. Brand's other friends include Lyle Serge, Tyris=Flare, Olbert and the Blade Seekers.

Brianna Talgris

"Hi. My name is Brianna Talgris. I'm a 29 year old summoner. I like baking, reading and going for long, romantic walks with my husband, Sean. Being a mom to Brenden is fun too. I love to tell him stories, sometimes even from adventures I've been on! I'm five foot seven and 150 pounds. I have very long dark brown hair and big brown eyes ( I resemble "Belle" from "Beauty and the Beast", complete with ponytail, although mine is held in place by a very nice piece of celtic jewelry that my friend Zarabell Finelock gave me). I usually dress in a white blouse with a dark blue bodice and gray skirt, all with celtic knotwork. Do you want to hear about my adventures?"

"My daddy, Urthur, taught me how to be a summoner. My mother, Siobhan, was a very powerful and beautiful druidess of Ehlonna. And my brother, Kalavor, is a werebear, but don't tell anyone I told you. He'd get mad. Not that he has a bad temper, but he CAN be mean. And he's always eating all my pies..."

Brianna is, basically, a "valley mage". She can be very niave and is often captivated by the romantic appearance of things. She began her first adventure to "keep her big brother out of trouble" and has gone on others because "I don't want to be left out...!" Brianna is very bright and when it comes to combat tactics, spells or important matters, she is quite practical. She's saved her friends, the K/Z Party, many times. Matters of love on the other hand...well, let's just say she is often impractical and leave it at that...

Brianna's goal was to be carried off into the woods by a knight in shinning armor. This almost happened until Sir Soth got killed. Then Gilford Prattnick proclaimed his love for her. Brianna giggled and didn't take him seriously. She wasn't being cruel; she still sees Gilford as a boy playing at being a man. Rumors persisted, about Brianna's feelings for Castrol Sliverridge, an assassin and Kalavor's best friend. But he disappeared. Next was Stephanos, a priest of Apollo, but the spark between them turned into a heated argument about ethics and heroism. Then Sean, a roguish thief, sauntered into Brianna's life. At first, Brianna wouldn't give him the time of day, but ultimately he won her over. They were married on Eon and together they have two sons, Brenden and Stefan.

Sean chose to learn magic (like his best friend, Aris Tradewind). Brianna decided that Sean needed some looking after, so she turned to her sister-in-law, Jessica, to teach her how to fight. "Sean's never gotten in a fight without someone kicking his ass. I better learn to be a fighter so I can protect him." While not actually true, this has been the result whenever Brianna has been around Sean. Through amazing luck, Brianna has saved Sean and all her adventuring companions a few times now and gained a bit of talent as a staff-wielding warrior.

Although Brianna was a member of the Mage's Guild of Greyhawk, she is seldom there now. The King of Eon appointed Sean as the Duke of Chipping Dale (a single village). The couple divides their time between Chipping Dale on Eon, their home in Greyhawk on Oerth, and at her father's home in Clearbrook ("Someone has to look after Daddy!").

Bunny Softheart

Bunny Softheart is an attractive young hobbit who has chosen the path of adventure and excitement for her life. Unlike most hobbits that choose to stay at home in their warm little beds, Bunny had a dream of building her own business. That dream has just recently come to fruition. The northern port town of Seahaven just celebrated the opening of its newest bar, the Highland Hobbit. Captain Raitan Drake, the local laird, asked Bunny if she would like to purchase the bar when the previous owners were killed by doppelgangers and no heirs could be found. Seeing this as her chance to start her own business, Bunny bought the bar and also started a merchant business from the same location. Merchandise from many cultures can be purchased at the Highland Hobbit. However, making purchases while inebriated is no excuse for returning merchandise.

"There is a 10% re-stocking fee for all returned merchandise, the sign is clearly posted at the entrance."
