Buffy's a slayer. Spike's a vampire. Why isn't Spike dust like the rest of em'? |

since spike is still around and not dust he should be evil bad vampire who can't be killed. Angel is one "good" vamp too many, the ideas already tired spike is either evil or dust. Buffy be a good slayer and kill the do gooder sob! ~Jaime~ |

Buffy is a slayer. Spike is a vampire that has killed two slayers. Why isn't he dust? To quote the words of a good slayer, "I'm not ready for you to not be here." Buffy has feelings for Spike, whether it's love or not is yet to be officially determined, but Buffy has strong feelings towards Spike. She relies on him, she seeks comfort in him and, most importantly, trusts him. In my opinion, she truely loves Spike. And that is why she hasn't staked him. ~Anna~ |

My opinion is that Buffy loves Spike. Spike loves Buffy. They have a love hate relationship. They need each other. ~Ashley~ |

Hmm, cause she felt sorry for him after he got the chip, cause he was helping out and then he got his soul back, and in a lot of ways he reminds her of angel... ~Caroline~ |

Buffy hasn't staked Spike because she cares for him. It's not love (at least not yet) and it's not hate it's something different. She can't bring herself to stake him because she'd be causing herself pain by doing it. She needs him. Not just with the whole fighting evil, but on a personal subconscious level that Buffy probably doesn't realize is there but she needs him. ~Webmaster Samantha~ |
