These plastic toys were made in England during the 1960's and 1970's. They were my favourite toys during my childhood! You can pull them to pieces and change them around. I still remember getting my first Timpo in 1970 when I was 3 years old! I kept the figures even after my interest waned during my teenage years. I have added cosiderably to this small number of about 60 pieces since I resumed my collecting in 1997. For some reason, us toy collectors just have to have items in their original boxes - I am one of these nuts!!!
One more point to consider - these toys cost me 20 cents for a foot figure and 60 cents for a mounted figure in the early 1970's. Just over 30 years later, I still have and LOVE these toys! How good an investment was that?!?!
