The Bullard High Knights travel to Clovis to take on the Buchanan High Bears in their second conference match.

The team did not start off well in the first game as the Bears jumped out to an early 0-7 lead.  The team finally got on the scoreboard with a service ace by Megan Peranick and a service ace by Maddie Morse to make the score 2-7.  But, that was as close as it would get as the Bears went on a 1-8 run to win by a final score of 3-15.

The second game started out in a close battle with scores of 1-0, 2-3, and 3-3.  Then, with the score 3-4, Sarah Vargas served up three straight points to give the team a 6-4 lead.  But, the Bears would battle back to score the next five straight points to regain the lead at 6-9.  Taylor Jerri would serve up two straight points to help the team get close at 8-9.  But, that was as close as it would get as the Bears would score the next six straight points to win by a final score of 8-15.

The Bears kept the pressure on in third game by starting out with a 0-4 lead.  A kill by Nikki Chapponi would give the team their first point (1-4).  But, that was the highlight of the game as the Bears would score the next ten points to win by a final score of 1-15.

Megan Peranick led the way with a serving percentage of 1.00 (8 for 8) followed by Julie Geissert with a serving percentage of 1.00 (7 for 7).  Megan Peranick and Sarah Vargas led the team with 3 service points each.  Nikki Ciapponi led the team with 7 kills followed by Julie Geissert with 3 kills. Sarah Vargas and Lauren Yamaoka led the team with 6 digs each.
