The team started out slow in the first game as the Bears jumped out to an early 2-5 lead.  Then, with the score 6-10, Samantha Surface would get a block to help the team cut the lead to 7-10.    A close battle followed with scores of 8-12, 9-13, 14-17, 18-22, and 19-23.  Then, with the score 20-23, Julie Geissert served up four straight points to help the team take a 24-23 lead.  But, the Bears would battle back to tie the score at 24-24.  With the score tied at 25-25, the Bears would score the last two points to win by a final score of 25-27.

The second game started much like the first, close.  But, with the score tied at 4-4, the Bears would score four straight points to take a 4-8 lead.  The team battled back.  With the score 14-22, Julie Geissert served up four straight points to cut the lead to 18-22.  A kill by Christine Noll and a service ace by Alicia Pardini help the team stay close at 20-23.  But, the Bears would score the last two points to hold on for a 20-25 win.

The third game started just like the others, close (1-3, 2-4, 3-5, 6-6, an 8-9).  Then, with the score tied at 9-9, Taylor Jerri served up four straight points to help the team take a 13-9 lead.  But, the Bears battle back to take a 13-14 lead.  The team would fight back to stay close at 14-17.  But, with the score 15-18, the Bears would score the next seven straight points to win by a final score of 15-25.
