The Bullard Knights travel to Clovis to take on the Buchanan Bears.

The team did not start off well in the first game as the Bear got off to an early 1-4 lead.  Then, with the score 2-4, a nice block by Megan Roehl and Christine Noll would help the team cut the lead to 3-4.  But, with the score 5-9, the Bears would go on a 1-7 run to increase their lead to 6-16.  The team played hard but fell by a final score of 12-25.

The team played much better in the second game.  With the score 0-1, a nice block by Samantha Surface would help the team tie the score at 1-1.  Then, with the score 5-4, a service ace by Samantha Surface and a kill by Megan Roehl would help the team to increase their lead to 7-4.  But, the Bears would battle back to tie the score at 11-11.  The team would fight back.  Andrea Tom would serve up the next point to help the team regain the lead at 12-11.  But, with the score 12-12, the Bears would score five straight points to regain the lead at 12-17.  The team did not quit and battled back to cut the lead to 17-19.  But, with the score 17-20, the Bears would score the next five straight points to win by a final score of 17-25.

The team started out well in the third game as the Bears would jump out to an early 2-7 and then a 4-14 lead.  The team played hard and battled back to cut the lead to 11-23.  Things didn't look good.  Then, with the score 12-23, Megan Roehl served up nine straight points to help the team cut the lead to 21-23.  But, that was as close as it would get as the Bears would score the last two points to hold on for a 21-25 win.
