Alright, since I am the least creative person in the world, I decided to steal the “I like Sean because…” thread that we all made, spruce it up to look all pretty and submit it as a kind of group present to Sean. Since I wasn’t sure if Sean actually saw this thread and how nice we were to him that day, I figured it would be nice to submit this.

Oh, and for those of you who I didn’t know your names (who didn’t sign the bottom of their post) I just put what your user name was at the time of the post.

P.S (A note from Emma and Dominik): Extra posts had been collected by Emma so we decided to add them as well.

Okay, kids, here's the deal. It has recently come to my attention that perhaps we have been a little hard on Sean every once and a while around here. Therefore, I would like everyone to post one thing (or more, if you want to) that you like about Sean. I'll start.

I like Sean because he never fails to make me laugh.

Even those some people have said these things already, I'm going to agree.
I like Sean because he gave us all the opportunity to come here and meet each other.
I can honestly say that because of him I have found some of the greatest friends I have ever had.

I also like him because, like Alex said, he is very down to earth. He also puts up with a lot of crap from us. And he has got to have at least a bit of a sense of humour to put up with all our crazyNess.

And lastly (well, there are other things, but I'll stop after this one) I like him for letting/trusting Diane and Gary to make this site. This one kind of ties in with my first reason in this post, but that's ok.

You know, I think this a very important factor in understanding why most of us make fun of Sean so much. Because, like you said, he feels like a friend. So we don't think twice about joking around and throwing rocks at him just as we would with any other friend. It's all out of love. *wipes a tear* Which brings me to my next point:

I originally liked Sean because the accent just bowled me over...
But then I came here and saw how spectacularly funny he is and how completely nonchalant... very unpretentious. Thusly, my like for Sean increased exponentially.

I like Sean, because he's Sean. He is who he is, and even though I don't know him personally, I've never talked to him or seen him in person, what I do know of him makes him out to be a genuine person and that's enough for me. And he's not some fantastical person who doesn't seem real or tangible, but rather he's just a guy with a good sense of humour, blessed with good looks, who also happens to love music and acting, and rightly so. Aside form being a talented actor he seems like a guy who just about anyone would get along with. I think what I'm trying to get at is, Sean, thanks for being you.

There are many reasons why I like Sean.

Firstly, because I respect him. I respect how he's doing what he loves to do, even though the pressures of the world may force most of us in directions that we don't really want to be in, Sean has done with himself what he wanted. That takes guts.

I respect how he's become somewhat famous, but has kept everything real and normal. I like reading his posts, and hearing him talk about things like when he was to the pub the other night. It reminds me that he's not just some figment of my imagination, that he's real.

Thirdly, I like how he is good enough to us, his fans, to create this wonderful board and take the time to post messages and answer questions. This board tells a lot about Sean, whether he knows it or not. The people on this board are the most intelligent, nicest, funniest and witty people I've ever met. I believe this is a reflection of Sean's own personality.

These are just some of the reasons I like Sean, but mostly, I like Sean because he's the only guy to not flatly shoot me down when I asked for his mobile number ;)

Wow... there are too many reasons why I like Sean then I am able to list her, so I will pick a few good ones.

First of all, Sean is a great guy. He has a great sense of humour and isn't afraid to be sarcastic. He is himself and has not allowed fame to change him. Sean is unlike so many other movie stars. He is one of the few who gives time to us. Although he doesn't post a whole lot, he does a lot more than others. And when he does, he treats us like friends. With him, I feel totally comfortable just like if I were talking to my best friends.

Also, this site of his has allowed me to make some of my friends who as I get older will be the best friends of my life. We all get along so great and have so much fun together. Even if it means making fun of Sean. He just puts up with us all the time and doesn't treat us as a bunch of fans or something. He treats us like real people. Like friends even. His cheeky side always makes me laugh. If I am having a bad day, I can just come read some of the stuff he has said and BAM! I feel all better. He is just like a best friend to me nearly. Even a brother.

And he was the original badger and we are his band of badgers. Never forget that. We are all one.

So Sean, if you read this, possibly if Diane tips you off, what I am trying to say is you rock. You are one of the coolest guys I know and I love you! *huggles Sean*

I also like Sean because, when I joined this message board, I thought he was a really good actor and we were some how related, through a long twisted story involving aunts, uncles, grandparents, dogs and a few badgers. When he posted in his Diary It made me feel really....I dunno, special. It was really cool. Thanks Sean.

Now that I'm on a role I see that everyone seems to think Sean's funny. Whether he's talking about Badgers, Cheese, Kilts or some new Band, he can make us laugh. Laughter makes the World go around and that one more person who can make me smile I...have to...like...I guess. *snorts*

Oh God, there are so many reasons why I like Sean.

One, he's so good at being an actor and he doesn't let it go to his head that I feel if I do become an actress, he'd be the one person I can talk to about the stress of acting. I would LOVE to be in a movie with him.

Two, like everyone has already said before me, his accent. Dear Lord I am almost sick of American accents.

Three, he's an excellent photographer.

Four, he looks DAMN SEXY in a kilt.

Five, every time I see his face or read his wise crack remarks, I can't help but smile or laugh.

Six, even thought I do not know him personally, I do sincerely believe he is a gentleman and a down to Earth person.

I like Sean because not only did he introduce me to all you wonderful people (Even if I don't understand you all the time (Like amy's love of Guy... It's just not human)), Sean also gave me a prime way to avoid doing my school work, and got me so envolved with the internet that I decided to become a web designer just to have an excuse to stay on longer.

I love the way he accepts our bullying, (at this point I must admit my mental pic of Sean reading this thread and acting diva-ish), but still is willing to give us more to tease him about (cheese facial).

I love the way you feel that if you ever met him you would be more likely to walk up to him and slap him for lurking, instead of asking for an autograph.

I like Sean because as I have said countless times. When I look in his eyes they have a pure soulfulness to them, kinda like he is vulnerable yet mysterious about who he is. He conveys a plethora of emotions with one single look. Like you could almost know what he is thinking. But he won't let you in so you have to keep knocking. And also he is so damn gorgeous it’s insane. And let me tell you at my age it pays to have someone get your heart pumping like that. He’s like a cardiac workout without having to do anything. No one has done that to me except my husband. It’s all in the eyes. They have stories to tell if you know how to read them. And I love a good mystery.

Firstly, because I respect him. I respect how he's doing what he loves to do, even though the pressures of the world may force most of us in directions that we don't really want to be in, Sean has done with himself what he wanted. That takes guts.

I respect how he's become somewhat famous, but has kept everything real and normal. I like reading his posts, and hearing him talk about things like when he was to the pub the other night. It reminds me that he's not just some figment of my imagination, that he's real.

Thirdly, I like how he is good enough to us, his fans, to create this wonderful board and take the time to post messages and answer questions. This board tells a lot about Sean, whether he knows it or not. The people on this board are the most intelligent, nicest, funniest and witty people I've ever met. I believe this is a reflection of Sean's own personality.

I also like his passion for music. He's a bit scary when it comes to his music, lol, but I find this passion very admirable.

These are just some of the reasons I like Sean, but mostly, I like Sean because he's the only guy to not flatly shoot me down when I asked for his mobile number ;)

I like Sean because......hmmm.....when I first saw him in Harry Potter, I'd never ever heard an authentic Scottish accent before, and I thought he was from Russia...damn LA, but anyway, he's opened up a way for me to meet you guys, people from all over the world, and I'm happy! Then again, he was very suggestive with that ball.

3. He is the reason for this site. This site has helped me grow as a person. This site has given me cool friends. This site changed me. Therefore, he has changed me.

5. Somehow, over the two years I've been here, Sean has because more of a person to me to than an actor. I've never spoken to him myself, but, he's more than an actor. More than an entertainment figure head. More than Oliver Wood or Badgerstaff. He's a regular, ordinary, smart-assed person who makes me laugh. I need people to make me laugh. I need Sean.

I like Sean because he's a nerd and he's ok with that. Also because he not only tolerates our harassment, but returns it every once in awhile. I like Sean because he doesn't treat us like we're fangirls, he treats us like we're, um...people. He doesn't act like he's better than us.

But mainly, I like that Sean has not contested the fact that Fion is superior to him in her level of hotness.

I heart Sean because if it weren’t for him, I never would have met all these wonderfully amazing people. Also, because he never complains about the fact that we just mooch. And mooch some more. And he’s a great grandma. And butler, too. And because his birthday is on the same day as my little sister’s. Now, this may sound like it makes no sense, but when you have a half-dozen screaming little thirteen-year-old terrorizing you, it’s nice to know that there’s a sanctuary on the board. Sean took the initiative to make a website for his fanbase, unlike many actors. He updates more than other actors do, and as much as we complain about it, he actually held a live webchat to connect with his fans.

I like Sean just because! I mean he shares so much with us and gives us so much! Plus he is really hot! I know I'm gonna regret saying that later, but it's the truth. Sean has given us such great friends and he even answers are questions no matter how stupid they may be. This all comes from the heart and I hope he knows how much we truely appreciate him and don't mind letting him have his privacy because he gives us more than enough. So thank you Sean and I like you! In fact I've said it before, buyt I'll say it again. When everyone else throws rocks at you I'll be the one holding the bandaids and neosporin to help Sean out. Well, I think I've said enough so I'm gonna run away now before I get rocks thrown at me for saying what I said.

I don't like him. Right now I really don't like him. I'm having a bad couple of weeks and am feeling really sad and grumpy and he's not posting and I want him to because his weird humour might cheer me up. How selfish of him to not post when I need it!
