Keavy On Edele "We're close in out family, but because me and edele grew up together and shared the same experiences at the same time, we're even closer. I'm always there for Edele, especially recently when she brok up with a guy. I talked about it whenshe wanted to talk about it and when she didn't I'd try to cheer her up. We're so different. Edele is really strong-minded and knows exactly what she wants. She's very stubborn. She'll say anything to anyone, whereas I'll be, "I daren't ask, I can't say that." 'She has very strong opinions about my boyfriends, but when I don't like her boyfriend I always think, well, it's up to her to decide.' I once went out with a guy who had a bit of a problem with how close me and Edele are. I think when you find the guy who really cares for you then they'll understand that you have a special bond. A boyfriend who cares wouldn't want to take that away from you. Always There Because we're twins it feels like we're one person. It's really hard when we're not together. It feels like there's a piece of you missing, especially for me because she's the dominant twin. When she's not there I'm a bit 'Aah! What am I supposed to do now?' I'm not very good at standing up for myself, but when it comes to sticking up for Edele, I'm dead up front. After B*Witched I think we've got different ideas about what we want to do. It'll be hard when we're so used to working with each other - we'll just have to make sure we live in the same country! I predict that she'll start doing some solo stuff.. She's not thinking about that right now, but thats what she wanted to do after the band. She'll fo a fantastic job because she's very career minded and she's got an amazing voice. In the future I think out relationship will remain as strong, Edele and I will always be there for each other." Edele On Keavy "When we were little I remember looking in the mirror and saying. 'Look, Keavy's sucking my thumb in her mouth,' because I was so puzzled that we looked identical. It's very strange realising there's someone who looks exactly like you. Despite the similarity in looks, Keavy and I are really different. I'm stubborn whereas Keavy isn't. Keavy contradicts herself because she's shy and outgoing at the same time. I'm more likely to stay in and watch a video when Keaby's out having fun. But we're really close. I can mentally feel if she's unhappy. There's definately seomthing different in being twins. Guardian Angel We rarely get on each other's nerves. Everybody had their little disagreements now and again, but we get on extremely well. When we fall out it's because we're all so busy and tired. I think I'm sometimes a bit over-protective when it comes to Keavy, especially about boyfriends. I can't help butting in! Sometimes she appreciates it, but she gets annoyed if I don't like her boyfriends 'cos I always come straight out and tell her - I can't help it! The longest time Keavy and I have been apart is a week, when I went on holiday with a friend. I didn't liek it - I miss her when she's not around. We'll probably end up going away separately again next year, but I'm not sure if I could cope longer than a week without her! People always think it;s pain working with your sister, but to us it's better because it means family are always around. Besides, it's coolw always having my best friend there. I suppose somewhere along the line we won't be working with each other, which will be a bit strange. I hope that in the millennium she gets to do some presenting because it's something that she's always wanted to do. She's also extremely good at it because it comes naturally to her. I also predict that some time in the near future she'll fall in love!" |
