Howdy Fellow Commodore Users!

Last month most of you should have received a phone call from either myself or my helper, Julie Barr. If you didn't get the call, it was because we didn't have your phone number, we had the wrong number, or we couldn't reach you due to phone system problems. If you didn't get that call, please contact our Membership Officer Ike Geer and have him update your records.

So, now with that out of the way, why was everyone called? Tradeshow Productions had cancelled October's show, on the weekend before the event. They cited the main reason they cancelled the show was too many shows in the last month! I told them, we did not plan going to the December Show, However, we do plan to attend the February Show. Hopefully this will be OK with the membership, since we did briefly cover that as a possibility a few months back.

For those of you who have tried to send us email at our Geocites address, I appologize for not being able to respond to you. There have been problems with that account that are beyond my control, and I am still trying to get it resolved. In the meantime, I am still able to get email from my various personal accounts, so you can write to me via that method until the problem gets resolved. At the worse case senario, we may have to get a new email address for our club. This might be an issue related to the merger with Yahoo, but I have no information to support that. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

Are you getting excited about the upcoming holiday season? I know I'm looking forward to our December Food Fest. A fellow member suggested we do something different like maybe get our food catered, or even maybe meet at a local restaraunt. I'm open to that option, but I will miss those homemade goodies :( Be sure to attend this month's meeting as we will be discussing the options available to us.
