Howdy Fellow Commodore Users!

The end of the year 1998 is just around the corner, and this is the time we usually look back in reflection of events, good or bad, in our life.

This year has been a great year for CCCC. We have been selling items that have been donated to our club, in hopes that good homes could be found. We have been putting the word out, that we are a source of hard to find, and wanted Commodore items.

We have made a presence on the World Wide Web thru the newsgroup advertisings of items for sale, and at our web page. We have contacted people around the world, and close to home with this medium.

Our presence at the local Computer Shows, like the Tradeshow Productions at Cincinnati Gardens, allows other computer users know that they have a source of Commodore information at the local level.

Our resident technician, and Vice-President has been hard at work keeping the Commodores we have, running at peak operating efficiency. Many thanks for his continued support, a true asset for our club, and a benefit to it's members and non-members alike.

Turning our eyes to this month's meeting, is one of the reasons for belonging to a user group, like ours. Usually in December, we set aside the business atmosphere and become a family-oriented group. The social side of our club is just as important as the business side, and year end is the month we celebrate. We will be having a pot-luck food fest this month, on December 20th. Bring a covered dish of your favorite recipe (or two if it is really tasty!), and plan on having a good time, and a full stomach. I know I will be coming to the meeting with an appetite! See you in the chow line!
