Please use the following form to submit your info so that it may be added to the list of former students below where others may contact you.  Your maiden name, if applicable, should be entered in the appropriate box.  

Please do not use this form to submit the names of other former students as the class lists aren't intended for that purpose.  This is not a register of sorts but a place where you can be contacted.  In addition to that, if you don't have an e-mail address but intend to set one up in the future your submission will be accepted in the meantime and added to the appropriate list .   

October 2002 update: To accomodate students and their placement in the list a little better we've come up with the following: for students who attended Cabrini in 1982 and were thereafter transferred to St. Peter's Academy and those who attended in 1991, the final year of our school's operation, we've divided those two years into more appropriate categories.  Please remember this when making your selection below.

For the girls who attended Cabrini during the 1981-1982 school year who also graduated from Cabrini you may submit your name to be included in the 1982 class category, as well as for the year you graduated. To do this you will need to fill out the form twice.
