Building Leaders while Having Fun

While many people think that leadership is only taught in the classroom, Troop 288 realizes that a classroom is only one area. Through our annual trip to Tomahawk Scout Camp, Yellowstone National Park, Spidershores Fishing Lodge, and various other events, our scouts learn first hand how to be a leader. They build confidince through experinencing the outdoors and interacting with others. The Troop would be proud to have you or your son involved in this adventure. There is always a place open for youth members as well as adult leaders, because before we can put the values of scouting into boys, we must first put the boys into scouting.
