Information

Various Information
A picture of the camp layout
Cabins-
There are 8 specific cabins, 3 for girls, 3 for boys and the other 2 for helpers and the owners. You will be assigned a certain cabin and there is no trading or switching.
Boys Cabins-
Every boy cabin has 2 regular beds and a bunk. Counselors always get the bed closest to the door. Also there is a closet and a small dresser like thing. Along with that there are stars maps on the wall and a large telescope that is positioned out one window.
Girls Cabins-
Same as boys the girls cabins have 2 reg beds and a bunk. Counselors always get the bed next to the door. Also in there is a large closet and dresser along with a wall mirror. There are also star mapes on the wall and a telescope.
Helpers/Owners Cabins-
Each one has 2 reg. beds and room for more if needed. There is a dresser, closet and mirror in each one and a telescope as well. These ones are decorated more and even have nice bedsheets and things that all match. They are much larger then the campers cabins.
Shower Houses-
Near each of the boys and girls cabins there are the shower houses. Each has about 6 showers and toilets. Above each one there is a washing room where you can do your laundry which is great so you can bring less clothes. Also there is a small tv room where counselors and helpers can come each morning and have coffee and talk before the campers get up and about.
Twilight Hall - (mess hall, cafeteria, it's just a name we call it)
This is basically well where you eat. Theres breakfest, lunch and dinner here. The only time you are allowed in here is when it's any of these times, other times don't go in or you'll get in trouble.
Twilight Center-
This is where you can plays video games, watch movies (there will be a certain time at night when everyone will watch one), talk to your friends, get snacks.
Twilight Snack Shop- This is inside the Twilight Center. It has sodas, chips, candy, anything kind of junk food you can think of. It is run by the bus driver so be nice! (lol)
Twilight Starting Center
This is where everyone meets up to go to their certain activities. Its just a tent with some tables. This is also where you go to sign in at the beginning of camp.
Barkin Cabin-
Its a large cabin acorss the lake where campers go for over night field trips. Lots of campers say its haunted, but thats mostly just to scare the younger ones. Its pretty broken down looking but its safe enough.
Lake Zodiac-
A large lake where you can swim, canoe, water ski and all that fun stuff. It's one of the favorite parts of camp for lots of the campers.
The Mountain-
Okay so there's a really big mountain, I mean big. Some people call it Death Mountain, but not around the campers. Its pretty safe if you dont go too high up though, thats why everyone is forbidden to go higher then the owners allow.
Target Range-
This is where archery is. No one is allowed here unless they are at an activity or a adult tells them to get something from there.
Rifilery Range-
This where Riflery is. Same rule applies that does at Target Range.
Stables-
This is where the horses are kept. Also the animals that the counselors are allowed to bring along stay here too.
Craft Shop-
This is where you can make paintings, crafts, pottery etc...
Sports Center-
A large building that you must walk a little ways to get to. In here you can play indoor sports and outside around it there is a baseball diamond, a place to play football and a tennis court inside and out.
Shed-
Used to hold rafts, lifejackets, rifles, bows and arrows, a whole bunch of stuff
River-
There is a small river that goes into the lake. This is used for rafting.
Activities-
This has already been explained to you. Two Conselors for each activity. Three will go on at once.
Portable Devices-
Campers are not allowed to have cell phones, computers, or anything like that but each conselor/helper gets a cell phone, keys to the bus, an extra car, and also walkie talkies. Also for protection from wild animals they will get a weapon, most likely a pistol.
Rafts, Lifeboats-
All rafts, boats, life presevers are stored in a shed near the lake. All the helpers one the first day must bring them to the lake or river to put them where they belong.
