Love! Valour! Compassion! (1997) Great performances mark this out as a worthwhile addition to the expanding canon of films about groups of gay friends gathered for a special occasion (in this case a long weekend at a country house). There's a few too many endings perhaps, but they¡¯re all quite touching, a bare-assed Jason Alexander notwithstanding.
