Meredith's Review-OLP @ the ACC-Feb.1, 2000
I saw Our Lady Peace at the air canada centre show on feb.1 and all i can say is wow!!!! The show was excellent. I was in the middle but almost right at the front. I had a clear view of all the guys. I happened to be very lucky because the people around me were all big olp fans. Everyone knew the words to dirty walls and songs that were not singles. But there was always going to be teeny's.. who flashed raine during the show..dumb idiots that were around us..what can you do. The sound was amazing and the bass was so loud you could feel it. I love the version of teardrop!! It was excellent. The stereophonics were very good. The guy besides me got pegged off the head with the drummers stick..that was funny. The body surfing was a little heavy in my area but at least no one picked me up!! ..all i can say about the show is that this was by far the best show olp has put on..well ones that I"ve seen...plus if you are on the floor it helps. The part that well got everyone really into it was when raine got the whole ACC singing along to hope.it was so cool to see everyoen singing along. All the way home I couldn't get over what an amazing show that was..so to OLP THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! and do it again...bye meredith ross
