Chemtrail Spread Illness Updates

Friday December 8 6:29 PM ET Potentially Dangerous Respiratory Virus Is Spreading By Emma Patten-Hitt NEW YORK (Reuters Health)

- A virus that is potentially dangerous to infants and children and certain high-risk adults has become widespread this year, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia. Last winter, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) activity began at the end of October and continued through late March. Widespread illness has appeared again this fall, the CDC authors report in the December 8th issue of the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report. ``We've detected widespread RSV throughout most of the regions of the United States,'' Dr. David Shay of the CDC, told Reuters Health. ``The virus tends to appear first in Southern states,'' he noted. ``Currently, there's no vaccine available for RSV,'' Shay said. ``Essentially everybody is infected by the age of 2 years, but high-risk individuals, such as premature babies, can be protected by receiving a monthly injection of antibodies directed towards the virus,'' he added. RSV can keep occurring throughout life because of limited protection gained by natural infection, according to the CDC. The elderly, or persons with heart or lung problems or a weakened immune system are at increased risk for serious complications of RSV infection, such as pneumonia and death. In addition, people who catch RSV infection during a bone marrow transplant are also at increased risk of death, the report indicates. ``RSV happens every year--we are just trying to make people aware,'' Shay added. ``RSV is spread through respiratory secretion by hands--frequent hand washing is important,'' he advised.
