I'll Carry You

"When my son was two years old almost three, he went on
a visit to his dad's. That evening when my friend was
leaving a bible study, I asked her to pray for my son
because I had not heard from his dad all day. He was
suppose to bring the child home at 8:30 but didn't
show.
About thirty minutes later I got a call from the
police saying they had my son. They said his dad had
dropped him off in the country and had been picked up
for drunk driving.
It was 23 degrees outside and
sleeting. Also it was pitch black on the country road
where he left him. However some people had been driving down
that road and found my son and took him to the police
station. It was a miracle that he could tell them all
the information they needed to get ahold of me.
The next day he said "Jesus didn't have a car mom."
Still reeling from the events that took place, I said
" What? Did you see him?"
"Yes" he answered.
"Where?"
"Standing beside me."
"Did he say anything to you?" I
asked.
"Yes."
"What did he say?"
"Nice things."
"Like what?"
"I love you and I'll carry you," he said.
However skeptical I was at the time I later realized
my child wasn't articulate enough, to make up a
sentence like that.
Also, he said there were four angels with him and they
were all so beautiful. He said one got in on top of
his dad, and one was surfing on top of the truck that
picked him up. He said the Lord shook his hand and
'gave him five', and tried to get him to stop crying.
Later he said "they were trying to make a beautiful
day for me with the light shining all around."
