To keep our overhead costs low and pass the savings on to our customers,
SmallBall Sporting Goods has decided not to take credit cards online to avoid setting up costly electronic shopping cart stores w/secure servers. We would rather give you great prices and the good old fashion direct customer service that you deserve.

Orders can be placed by printing out an ORDER FORM and sending form
to SmallBall Sporting Goods, either by traditional mail or email.

Backorders

We will always do our best to keep track and list out - of - stock items on the website. In the event that an
out - of - stock item is purchased it will be automatically be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as possible.

We will notify all customers immediately of backorders and try to give you a ship date. Customers will have 10 days from notification to decide if they would like to cancel any unwanted backordered items and get a refund.

If customer does not return backorder notification within 10 days all backorders fullfilled within 30 days of original purchase date will be deemed non returnable and billed

Warranty information
    SmallBall Sporting Goods is not responsible in any way, shape or form for damaged goods of any kind. All of our  merchandise is covered by their respective manufacturers product warranties. SmallBall Sporting Goods will assist our customers in the event that merchandise is defective and needs to be returned to manufacturer under warranty.

    Any goods being returned must receive prior authorization. All returns will be sent by customer, freight prepaid, with an invoice or sales reference number, date of purchase and the reason for return. Product manufacturer will inspect goods and make all final decisions regarding repair or replacement if found defective.
