Email Pictures Won't Open
Q: When email with pictures are sent to me I am unable to open them. How can I fix this?
A: Go to TOOLS, click OPTIONS, and click the SECURITY tab. Make sure that the Block Images and other external HTML objects box is unchecked. If it is, then there is a problem with your computer or the messages being sent. To check if it is you computer or the messages, open your web browser and visit a website with pictures. If the pictures load it is the email. If the pictures do not load it is your computer.
