Brief History Sakura Kasugono of Tamagawa-Minami High School has always been facinated or should I say, addicted to the art of street fighting. She is in the constant search for the "that special someone" of whom she caught a glimpse of in a certain tournament (Ryu). Her best friend Kei doesn't understand Sakura's  fascination with street fighting so much, Kei just wants Sakura to find another hobby.

Whenever Sakura sees a strong-looking man, she immediately wants to pick a fight with him. On one occassion, while Sakura and Kei were walking towards their homes, they were stopped by a group of three college guys asking them out for a date. Feeling kind of threatened, Kei and Sakura tried to run away, but were quickly stopped by the boys. Instead of easily giving up to these three, Sakura stretches out and spins like a top sending one out cold, while the two immediately fled.

It disgusted Sakura to have only hit the poor boy only once, when she could have been able to hit him thrice. She wondered upon her skills as they walked on the way home.
