The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that they say our upgrades should be current and they are not. Real Audio 3.0 has been out for quite some time now and we still have no upgrade I hope WebTV can move a little faster or they are going to lose their appeal !

I chose "satisfied" with real audio 2.0, which I am. But to be honest there are only a few worthwhile real audio sites out ther, so I don't use it all that much. Also, I chose "connect time" for what irritates me the most about WebTV. Yes, sometimes I have to call more than once to log on, but overall I am more than satisfied with my WebTV. It has exceeded all of my expectations for this new type of product !
