Name | Age (early 2021) | Physical Appearance | Character Traits |
---|---|---|---|
Kershia Agenwala | 33 | Slim, 5.4, long thick hair, large eyes with curling lashes. Pointed face and nose. | Feisty, decisive even stubborn. Practical, independent, risk-taker, a loner. Can be spiritual, judgemental, sentimental. Kershia came from a large family, with many younger siblings. A non-conformist and naturally rebellious, Kershia helped out with the family business from the age of twelve and left school at the age of sixteen. After her breakout, in the very early years of the Mass Breakout, she rapidly became involved in the training of new Tomorrow People. Constantly undervaluing her own contributions, and striving to make a difference, she tends to take personal responsibility in any situation - even when events are out of her control. Despite that, her quick mind and dedication to the Tomorrow People brought her to the attention of the Senior Tomorrow People and placed her in important roles. |
Abby Rollinde | 31 | Taller than Kershia. Brown hair, blue eyes and pretty face. | A student of political science and a natural leader. She can be stubborn at times - determined to look at the large scale picture, sometimes at the expense of individuals. She is sensitive and enjoys life in a Lab but feels the responsibilities of her position. She had a rather disrupted childhood as a result of her father's business postings abroad, but attended college in Toronto. After breakout, she rose rapidly through the Lab heirarchy there before coming to the attention of the Seniors and rising further still. Despite her talent for negotiation and leadership, she has always worked better when complimented by other strong-willed Tomorrow People who both support her and force her to consider the impact on individuals of her more general policies. |
Stephanie Owen | 32 | Average height. Brown, short, wavy hair. Average build and average features. | A good judge of character she is a people person and more of a politician than a soldier. Intelligent and capable of seeing the bigger picture she is prepared to compromise her position for the greater good. Self-assured and knows that you succeed on your own merits not your looks. The daughter of a clergyman, Stephanie had four elder brother and is skilled with machinery. She can be compassionate and is a good compliment for Jimmy Harrison as his second-in-command. |
Jimmy Harrison | 30 | Blond-brown curly hair, tall, boyish features. | A natural leader. Not intellectual but pragmatic. Suspicious and distrusting until you prove yourself to him. Loyal, courageous and determined. Jimmy suffered a traumatic experience at the age of nine when his uncle developed schizophrenia. Since then, he tends to seperate his emotions from his work which makes him an effective, if occasionally cold and hard, overall head of Security for the Tomorrow People. Unfortunately his suspicious nature makes him ill suited for life after Resolutions. |
Ben Smith | 23 | Dark short hair. Tanned complexion. Shorter than Jimmy but bigger in bulk. | Naive slightly immature at times. He is cautious when dealing with people, possibly caused because his physical appearance meant he was picked on at school. Throws himself into any task set him with enthusiasm. Ben is the heir to a family haulage firm but has been estranged from his father since breaking out. He becomes one of the Tomorrow People's premier security team. |
Cole Hagan | 24 | Very tall, light hair. Square jaw. An attractive man who could be a super-model in another life. But dresses down to hide his looks. | A bit of a pessimist. He is quiet and when he does speak, hides behind a humourous outward character, but is inwardly rather shy. A follower rather than a leader he is dependable and hard working. He becomes one of the Tomorrow People's premier security team and (post Resolutions) a Lab leader. |
Roger Finn | 23 | Big, athletic, with very short dark hair. | A strong arm who offers both practical help and supportive suggestions when in a crisis. He is quick-witted and thoughtful. Quick to take personal responsibility he does not accept failure, especially in himself. From a background in the Metropolitan police, he becomes head of internal Security for Luna Lab. |
Marc LeFevre | 35 | Tall, thin, dark brown hair and eyes. | A good leader, with deep compassion and a strong sense of responsibility for his people. Insightful and determined, but quiet. A French Canadian, Marc broke out at the very start of the Mass Breakout and remembers when life in the Labs was more comfortable. Since breaking out he has worked to help and support other Tomorrow People, rising to the position of Lab leader. In doing so, he was the perfect compliment for Abigail, seeing individuals, where she was able to consider the broader requirements of their people. Marc maintained that position in the Canadian Camp, his natural determination and desire to protect his people giving him the strength to defy the Camp authorities. |
Travin Harkness | 47 | Greying brown hair. Tanned complexion, roughened by outdoor life. | Retired Canadian Lab leader. Willing to step into a leading role if required but rather tired and not keen to do so. Would rather assist behind the scenes. While still relatively young, Travin is of the generation before the Mass Breakout. He had a hard life as a big city doctor, utilising his natural skills, and his marriage failed as a result of his dedication to his work. Emotionally tired,he was content to hand over his role to Abby and Marc as the Mass Breakout developed and retire to the country. However, he has stepped forward to assisted Abby in the Canadian Lab system as she is deprived of Marc's support. |
Josh Taylor | 18 | Blond, green eyes. Tall but a little gawky - yet to grow into himself | Very young, very enthusiastic about the TP cause. He’s seen the dark side of things and is determined to prevent others suffering the same. Lived in the Toronto Lab and was later adopted by Travin, living with him at Pinewood Lake, Canada, and assisting with the running of the Canadian Labs. |
Don Thorne | 26 | Dark haired, heavily built, medium height | A follower rather than a leader. Eager to help his Lab Leader in any way possible. Don was one of the more active members of the Toronto Lab. He feels guilty for escaping from the events there, and later works in an inter-Lab liaison role, loosely attached to Sophie's information and communications team. |
Sophie Bryan | 21 | Average height. Slightly plump with a pretty round face and large child-like eyes. Brown hair with blond highlights and a slightly off-the-wall dress sense. | A humanitarian at heart. She is quiet - a thinker who hides her intellect well, preferring to let others make difficult decisions but influencing them subtly with her well-chosen words. She sometimes seems to undermine Jimmy but that is her lack of social skills rather than any ill intention on her part. Becomes head of the Tomorrow People's multimedia information and communication campaign, based in California. |
Zoe Brown | 21 | Straight dark shoulder-length hair, slim and attractive. | A conformist who tries to follow the rules. A little power hungry herself, she doesn't suffer fools lightly. Tenacious and willing to be forceful when defending her own position. Skilled in working with information, she works with Sophie in California. |
Steve Goldstein | 20 | Short, skinny, light brown hair, glasses. | Almost geeky, computer kid type. An analytical mind he is happier in cyber-space than face to face. |
