Searching for the Truth.

Masjid Nabawi was the first Islamic education center with lodging to the poor and traveler,

People came from near and far places to acquire Islamic knowledge and virtue,

Religious subjects, values, behavior and ethics were prominent disciplines to dig out.

Masjid Nabawi offered the freedom to get knowledge through lively discussion among the student,

Reading, understanding, method to apply Al Qur’an and Al Hadith was the main curriculum in this Prophet’s mosque,

'Abdullah bin 'Amr's Hadith, may Allah be pleased with them. It is reported: We used to go to 'Abdullah bin 'Amr and talk to him. Ibn Numair said: One day we made a mention of 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud, whereupon he said: You have made mention of a person whom I love more than anything else. I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Learn Qur'an from four persons: Ibn Umm 'Abd (i.e. 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud) he started from him then Mu'adh bin Jabal and Ubayy bin Ka'b, then Salim the freed slave of Abu Hudhaifah. (Bukhari –Muslim).

No Deadwood.

Moslem Education should infuse Akidah and Syari’ah into the depth of heart and brain by following the guidance in Holy Qur’an and As Sunnah,

Creating high commitment throughout their emotional and rational attachment to Islam,

There is no deadwood required to develop the proceeding realization in its mechanism of the system.

It is expected to understand the harmonizing concept of Islamic knowledge and modern secular system,

It has been practiced during the authority of Caliphate by including Astronomy and Medicine disciplines in its curriculum,

Using this balanced Islamic approach on the appropriate methods and sufficient opportunities and conducive environment.

“It is He Who hath created for you all things that are on earth, then He turned to the heaven and made them into seven firmaments. And all of things He hath perfect knowledge”.

(Al Baqarah: 29).

“They said: Glory to Thee of knowledge we have none, save what Thou have taught us; in truth it is Thou Who art perfect in knowledge and wisdom”. (A Baqarah: 32).

Adab as A Piece of Knowledge.

Islamic Education emphasizes Adab or Internal Positive Attitude as a solid protection against the impoverished institutions and practices.

Without Adab the acknowledgement and recognition of Truth and Justice could not resist the undermine of the external unguided concepts.

Bearing in mind that the primary sources of Islamic education is

Al Qur’anul Karim and Al Hadith,

So bring back to the very basic of any disputable notion concerning different interpretation and point of view,

It is an important requirement to understand the history of Asbabul Nuzul and the true story of the revealed Hadith told by Rasulullah.

In a Hadith recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari, in which Nabi Muhammad saw. is reported to have said:

“A person who has receives a piece of knowledge indirectly may comprehend it better than he who has heard it directly from its source”.

To respond the changing paradigm of science and education system, the method should provide enough space of creativity and alertness of any deviation from the basic Al Qur’an and Al Hadith,

In the era of information, many different interpretations could available in seconds, that makes more wisdom understanding becomes prominent priority.
