Soyuz/Ikar third stage Launcher by Tristan
Cools using a 135mm f2.8 lens on 1999 April 17 at 20h18mUTC. Height
of this satellite was 630km.
Notes:
"You can clearly see the flashes which are caused
of the tumbling of the rocket but there is
something strange with these flashes. On top of
one of these flashes you see a series of faint
specular flashes which seem to repeat themselves
every 0.02 seconds ! I think this is caused by a combination of tumble
and spinning of this rocket. At the moment I am still searching for
more technical information of the Soyuz/Ikar third stage which could explain
this behaviour", Tristan.
