RECRUITMENT

ADMINISTRATION AND UTILIZATION OF CANDIDATE SOLDIER

AUTHORITY: LOI Paaralan 35/36 dtd 10 Dec 86.

Policies: No individual to be inducted as trainee without application form duly accomplished and posted with Hqs or any of the Maj Units authorized by the CG, PAG to process applicants.

Applicants must be:

1. Male Filipino Citizen

2. Unmarried and without dependents

3. Minimum height 1.626 meters (barefooted)

4. Minimum educational attainment: 2nd year college of HSG who possess technical skills/special skills needed in theAFP.

5. At least 18 years of age but not more than 26 years old upon enlistment.

6. Cleared by Clearing Security Agency (A-2) and physically and morally fit for military service.

Applicants with technical qualification or skill will be given priority for induction.

Outstanding CS graduates will be given priority for enlistment.

Responsibilities

1. A-1 in coordination with A-6 determine number to be maintained in any CY.

2. A-4 will provide Logistics support

3. A-3 will prepare Training Directive and provide appropriate air/land transportation when necessary before, during after training.

4. A-2 will issue security clearance

5. 100th TW will conduct the three months PAFMOC in addition to three (3)months training at AFPTRACOM.

6. Transportation of CS from places of procurement to AFPTRACOM shall be the responsibility of A-1.

Training

1. Initially undergo three (3) months training at AFPTRACOM and another three (3) months PAFMOC at 100TW, PAF.

2. Upon satisfactory completion of six (6) months training they will be enlisted into the Regular Force and assigned to different units.
