1. The traditional sources of officers such as the PMA, PAFFS and OCS has not been able to fill the requirements of the AFP for Second Lieutenants due to the limited number of cadets these schools can accommodate annually.

2. The alternative source is still the Advance CMT and the Probationary Officer Courses (CMT 43) conducted by MCMTC and the Reserve Affairs Units of the different Major Svcs. Nationwide.

3. In this connection, Maj Svc Comdrs hereby directed to ensure that the top ten graduates of Probationary Officer Course (CMT-43) are commissioned in the Reserve Force and called to Active Duty as soon as they meet all the required qualifications.

4. Upon call to active duty, they shall be made to undergo the basic Air Force Officer Course at ACSC.
