Why this URL?

I appreciate very much the use of personal home pages and encourage everybody to get his own FREE home page in geocities domain or anywhere else.
When I created this home page I had to do many choice. I choose:
www.oocities.org because it offered FREE home pages
CapeCanaveral because my interests are mainly (but not only ) in the electronic engineering
Hangar because it was the only neighborhood nearly empty
8076 because it is a magic number: its square is 65221776. You could ask: And so what? The fact is that the latest two digit are unchanged and this is not casual. It is due to a precise property of a mathematics field called "Congruency".
