6 tomatillos
2-15 habañeros (orange is 1/3 heat of red)
4 serranos
2-4 jalepeños
½ cup cilantro
2 tomatoes
¼ yellow onion
4 tbs. habañero sauce
    (TryMe brand name: "Yucatan Sunshine" or other habañero sauce)
1 tsp. Red wine vinegar
½ cup tomato sauce
1 heaping tsp. Chili powder (or Pequin powder)
¼ tsp. cumin
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients in blender (or food processor), adding one or two habañeros at a time to test for heat. Habañeros are the hottest chilies, so be careful. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors mix.
